  • 60-year-old White male, phakic with mild cataracts OU
  • Previous SLT without success
  • On 5 IOP-lowering medications
  • IOP of 16 mm Hg with very red and tearing eyes
  • Visual field had mild inferior arcuate OU

  • Phakic patient with refractory glaucoma following failed prior SLT and currently on 5 IOP-lowering medications
