CASE PRESENTATION

  • 82-year-old White male
  • History of moderate glaucoma
  • Cataract extraction and trabeculectomy OS; developed a choroidal
    effusion 7 years later
  • Rho kinase inhibitor/PGA fixed-dose combination OD QHS
  • Patient developed significant corneal verticillata with decreased visual
    acuity from 20/25 to 20/50-2

  • Currently on Rho kinase inhibitor/PGA fixed-dose combination
  • Unable to tolerate other IOP-lowering medications
